You would have to create your own body templates on a Manga Studio page, and save the file. Then, as you need it, reopen that file, and copy and paste the template you created to whatever page you are working on.

I don’t believe so. It’s odd that there would not be a Materials folder available in either the CD or ZIP file (depending on if you have a physical copy or just downloaded it.
I would get in touch with Smith Micro and see if they can help you with that.

In EX, yes you can.
Create a new Ruler Layer (Main Menu: Layer -> New Layer. Select “Ruler Layer” from the Layer Type Dropdown list, and Press OK).
From the Main Menu, select Ruler -> New Symmetry Ruler.
You should see a vertical ruler line going right down the middle of your screen. You can use the Object Selector (Press O on your keyboard) to move and rotate the ruler however you see fit.

When you create a new layer (Main Menu: Layer -> New Layer), the New Layer dialog box appears. Select “Color (32 Bits)” from the Color Model drop down box, and press OK.
You now have a layer you can color on.

I’m a bit confused. Are you importing your artwork onto a Manga Studio page, and it won’t let you work on that new layer?
Open up the layers window (From the Main Menu: Window -> Layers) if it isn’t already. Look for the layer that your imported artwork is on. Look to see if there is what looks like a padlock next to the layer name. If there is, then the layer is locked. To unlock it, click the Lock button (located on the upper right of the Layers Window. That should unlock the layer and you can then draw on it.

You cannot resize a canvas in Manga Studio. You would have to create a new page with the smaller dimensions, copy and paste the artwork, and resize the artwork as necessary.

Check the Materials folder (Main Menu -> Window -> Materials). When the Materials window appears, click the Materials folder, followed by the Default folder. Debut and EX have different materials, so whatever is in the folder will vary.

You may need to either restart the program, or reboot your machine. Also, check to see that you can use your tablet/mouse on other programs. If not, you may need to re-install the tablet driver (if that’s what you’re using).
